Delivery times for the vegetable box will vary depending on the delivery frequency selected by the customer. Boxes are typically delivered on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Fruit deliveries are made every Saturday.

Yes, you can change the contents of the vegetable box you want through the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" section on your account page. Here's how to make changes;

Log in.
Click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION".
Click "See more details" for the relevant subscription.
Click "Edit" for the product.
Select the vegetables you want to add or remove.
Click "Save".

You will receive an email confirming the change in the box contents a few minutes later.

However, for households of 2 to 4 people, our "Large Size Vegetable Box" is commonly chosen for weekly or bi-weekly delivery. Start with the Large Size Vegetable Box and easily change your subscription if needed.

Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
Click "Cancel Subscription".

DELIVERY SERVICE 

We typically deliver on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. After placing your order, you will receive an email from Yamato Transport with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to change the delivery date.

You can make these changes through your account page.

To change the box type and size, cancel your current subscription and choose a new one.

To change the delivery frequency, log in, click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION," select the subscription, and click "Edit frequency."

You can track your shipment from Yamato Transport's "Track Shipments" website using the provided tracking number.

While we take utmost care to properly package items from the farm to your home, fresh produce can be delicate. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or compromised item, please contact us immediately at info@farmfresh.jp and include images of the issue.

Generally, returns are not accepted. If you need to return a vegetable box, please contact us at info@farmfresh.jp and provide the reason for the return.
