Horikoshi Farm raises pigs on a special herb mixture using Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary and other ingredients at their farm in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture.
They also have introduced rearing methods that use as few chemicals as possible. Their rearing method gives the pork a clear gravy and herbal flavor.
